How to Prepare Artwork for Custom Merchandise Orders
How to prepare artwork for custom merchandise: file tips, color matching, quantities per design and timelines. Free mockup from 500 pcs per design.

Short answer: send the best file you have — vector artwork (AI, PDF or EPS) if possible, and a clear photo or even a sketch if that is all you have. We prepare a free mockup from whatever you send, and tell you honestly if something will not print well.

What to Send for Different Products
- Can coolers: your logo, the can size, and preferred colors — label artwork works great for full-color printing.
- Keychains and openers: a logo or shape idea — the die-cut follows your outline.
- Pins and medals: artwork with colors separated by finish — we advise what translates to metal.
- Stickers: any artwork from label-ready files to a hand-drawn concept.
Three Things That Speed Up Your Order
- One email with the basics. Logo, quantity per design, product type and delivery destination — that is enough for an accurate quotation.
- Your deadline up front. Production runs 7–15 days plus shipping; we confirm feasibility before you commit.
- Brand colors by name or code so the mockup matches the first time.

Common Artwork Questions
My logo is only a photo of a shirt — is that enough?
Usually yes. We clean it up for the mockup, and you approve the design before production.
Can we split one order into several designs?
Yes — each design is its own 500-piece run. Series and colorways are popular.
Do you check that the artwork fits the product?
Yes — the free mockup shows exactly how your art lands on the product before anything is made.
What if we need changes after the mockup?
Mockup revisions are part of the process — you approve the final design before production starts.
